Most of the projects I work on involve managing change of one kind or another. Mostly, they involve helping clients plan and implement changes in the way they manage themselves or deliver services, creating a process for taking staff and customers with them.
I trained as a change facilitator at Guildhall University, developing an interest inspired by my experience of working with London-based Business Psychologists, Nicholson McBride, in the mid-90s – a firm working in over a third of the UK’s top 100 companies.
