National Trust

I’ve been working with the National Trust in a variety of roles for around eight years. These include:

Knole – Development and implementation of a training plan as part of their £24 million HLF project, including induction, exceptional service and bringing rooms to life through people.

Annual evaluation of ‘Convestival’, the Trust’s UK-wide volunteering management training event.

Polesden Lacey and Nymans – Developing and overseeing the implementation of volunteering strategy over a three year period.

Ickworth and Montacute – Facilitation of workshops to develop innovation in visitor engagement through people.

Research and report on visitor engagement through people at Trust and non-Trust venues. Subsequent input on training to deliver visitor ‘encounters’ and evaluation of the project.
