Bridge Arts is a busy creative hub in the centre of Castleford, West Yorkshire. Formerly two furniture shops, it houses a contemporary gallery, artists’ studios and community facilities. They provide a varied programme of formal and informal cultural and educational activities for local residents and visitors, working with partners such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
I was commissioned by Bridge Arts to work with the Arts Council and Wakefield Council on the development of a five year Business Plan demonstrating sustainability for the organisation.
