About my work

Lynn BlackadderMy coaching, mentoring and consultancy practice draws on twenty five years of facilitating individual, team and organisational development in a variety of environments.

In 1998, after a decade of work in the private sector, I set up my own consultancy, working with clients of all types and sizes in the arts, heritage and not-for-profit sectors. In recent years I have streamlined that consultancy offer, developing my coaching and mentoring practice to support individuals and organisations in the most time efficient and cost effective way, focussing on building resilience and sustainability.

My work is informed by years of experience as a hands-on trustee of several charities, and through leading graduate/post-graduate modules at London’s City University, where I am an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Arts and Social Sciences.

My client portfolio includes: National Trust, Film and Video Umbrella, Imperial War Museum, Design Museum LondonTheatre Absolute, Guild of St George, and Canal & River Trust.
