My consultancy specialises in organisational development in the arts and heritage sectors. This covers a wide variety of services, including: strategy development, feasibility work, business planning, research, company structure and governance, conflict resolution, project direction, change management and volunteering development. My current client portfolio includes the Jewish Museum, the National Trust and Leighton House Museum. As a hands-on Trustee of three UK charities, two of which are contemporary art organisations, I also very much practise what I preach.
